From 3 partners, 18 people and $2M in revenue to now 3 Partners , 15 people and $4M in revenue. We’ve been with Rob Nixon and Wendy Miller since June Of 2019 and when we started with the group, we were around $2 million in revenue and had 18 people. What was interesting was right off the bat, Rob did a capacity study on our firm and told us we had capacity to do about $4 million of revenue. We were going like, “No, we don’t think this is so. ” But we said, “Okay, well, we’re going to close this year at 4 million with 15 people,” when we were doing 2 million and 18 people when we first got into the group.

From 3 partners, 18 people and $1.9M in revenue to now 3 Partners, 22 people and $3M in revenue. We wanted to grow, but we really needed some direction and a lot of help. We worked with Rob and his team for about two and a half years before going out on our own. During that time, we implemented many of the strategies and techniques that he recommended. We looked harder at our current clients and adjusted those fees accordingly, and pressed our new clients much more aggressively with his encouragement. This allowed us to grow our revenues from the 1.9 million that we started with, to the $3 million that we are today.

From 3 partners, 18 people and $3M in revenue to now 4 Partners , 30 people and $5M in revenue. We met Rob in late 2020 and joined him in December of 2020. And as skeptical as I was when I joined him, I’m going to say I’m very happy that I’m wrong. So we’ve learned a tremendous amount being with the boardroom and with dealing with the colleagues we’ve dealt with. In less than three short years, we’ve gone from a firm of 18 people to just over 30 people. Our sales have gone from 3 million to about 5 million, this year. Our average hourly rate has gone from $90 an hour to about $160 right now and continues to improve.

Our work product has improved, and our team benefits have increased, and my partner and I are now more aligned than ever before. Our time with Rob has provided education, accountability, and a community of owners to brainstorm with. I started watching Rob’s videos in 2018 and have notes from those meetings. We didn’t sign up for three years and I kicked myself for the lost growth in that time.
