From 3 partners, 18 people and $3M in revenue to now 4 Partners , 30 people and $5M in revenue. We met Rob in late 2020 and joined him in December of 2020. And as skeptical as I was when I joined him, I’m going to say I’m very happy that I’m wrong. So we’ve learned a tremendous amount being with the boardroom and with dealing with the colleagues we’ve dealt with. In less than three short years, we’ve gone from a firm of 18 people to just over 30 people. Our sales have gone from 3 million to about 5 million, this year. Our average hourly rate has gone from $90 an hour to about $160 right now and continues to improve.
