There is a qualification process for each member firm. Myself and our implementation specialist, Wendy Miller, will be personally delivering the Boardroom program and we only work with a maximum of 64 firms at any time. Each firm must want to achieve the 3 objectives above.
This program is for ambitious, established and coachable Accountants from around the world. It’s very exciting, it produces unprecedented results for you however, it’s not for everyone.

Accounting firms that have a track record of FTI – Failure To Implement.
Beginner Accounting firms – you need to have already implemented the basics.
Small Accounting firms – you need to be established and have at least $1M in annual revenue.
Large Accounting firms – if you’re over $10M then we can look at something different – apply anyway.
Who it is for
Ambitious firms – who want to dominate and double or triple profit in the near future.
A good firm now – measured by awards, good KPI’s or what you have already implemented.
Sharer – must be willing to share IP with other firms. No give, no get!
Implementer – must have a track record of implementation.

The format of the program is the ‘secret sauce’ that makes the Boardroom program work so well. When we get to speak we’ll give you the exact format in detail and we’ll see if it works for you. Rest assured the format is the right mix of face to face (when we can) / online coaching, study tours, networking and 1:1 support. We work with you every month until your goals are met.
This program is not cheap. It’s not designed to be. The 600+ firms I have already coached have added >$1BN in new profit so they know my methods work. I know how to grow your accounting practice.
However, (at this stage) you don’t know that they’re going to work for you. To give you some comfort, we are prepared to guarantee your results. We guarantee to grow your accounting business.
If you implement everything you commit to (as guided by us) then we will guarantee a 5X return on your investment. If you implement everything and do not get a 5X return each year during the program, then we will refund that years annual fee in full.

The next step after your application will be a 1:1 Zoom call with me and all of your shareholders or leadership team. I’ll have more questions for you so I can get a ‘feel’ for your firm and if you’re a great fit for the other firms I am working with.
Once we both agree that it’s going to work, you’ll sign up and we’ll get started when there is a vacancy.
The most common question we get is ‘how much time will it take to implement’. Unfortunately that depends.
It depends on how fast you want to go and how efficient you are at implementing. This is not a ‘silver bullet’ program. It takes time to re-engineer your firm and make it awesome. Some projects are pretty quick – others never end. It’s like an MBA – you can do it in 1 year or 6 years. You’ve been in business X years and you’ve got what you’ve got. Don’t expect everything to change over night. However, positive changes (cashflow and profit) do happen quickly.
We recommend that you think of your work week as 5 x ½ days. If you allocate a ½ day per week (10%) to this project you’ll go a long way to implementing what you need to implement. This is working ‘ON’ time versus working ‘IN’ time.
If you’re training for a fitness goal (say a marathon) then the more you put into training the easier and faster you’ll run the race. It’s the same here.
Short answer. Now.
If you’re suitably motivated to solve your problems and achieve your objectives then why wait?
We get it. Some of what we coach and teach is new and potentially (for some) a bit worrisome. And it’s easier NOT to do anything and continue doing what you’ve been doing. However doing more of what you’ve been doing will get you more of what you’ve got.
Assuming your objectives are strong enough then we think there are only 4 legit reasons why now is not a good time:
1. You’re going through a business partnership break up
2. You’re going through a significant life partnership break up / divorce
3. You’ve lost a loved one and you need time
4. Your health is very poor and you need recovery time.
If you have one of those 4 then take the time, get life sorted and come back when you’re ready.
On a business front, you’ll always be ready for this. There is never an optimum time. Not ready reasons like ‘no time’, ‘poor systems’, ‘people’ etc are just bad excuses. The systems will never be right, we all have the same amount of time and we’re always searching for the right people.
Our job (and that of your fellow Boardroom members) is to guide you on the right path for all business decisions.
Fast is the short answer. We get you focussed on the ‘low hanging fruit’ immediately. It’s different for every firm but typically it involves re-engineering your pricing/packaging process and getting more efficient so you don’t need to hire any more people.

Each step has projects to implement. Some you may have already implemented, most you have not. All 4 happen at the same time however depending on your current development will depend which is the main focus.
