“Overtime has been decreased by 90%“
After working with Rob and Wendy, I can say overtime has decreased by 90%. We price upfront and receivables are down to 12%. I’m focusing on a lot of different areas in the firm while the team feels a lot more comfortable and more efficient. I would say the Boardroom meetings are extremely helpful in shifting the focus towards the practical outcome of these changes within the firm. It’s doable. I would recommend any firm that’s looking to grow to join this thing and let’s grow together.
