“Today I do no client work at all“
From $1M in revenue to now $2.5M with a pipeline for $3.5M in revenue; today I do no client work at all. My firm is completely managed by the management team, and all prospects are closed and vetted by that team. I spend my time on the platform as a sought after speaker and trainer. What was transformational and life-changing for me was that as I took my team to Rob’s meetings and they saw what I was trying to get them to do which was to step up and be a fully functioning team. Since I’ve now moved away, my only interaction is with a weekly check-in with our COO.
